To test a compatibility executable, move these three files from the main directly into "Compatibility Executables/.NET Framework 4.8"

- osu!.exe
- osu!exe.config
- Newtonsoft.Json.dll

This way you don't lose the original files. After moving those 3 files, choose a .NET compatibility mode. In this version there are 2 other versions you can try:

- .NET Framework 2.0: Works on really old operating systems like early versions of Windows XP and Windows 2000. This version does not have Discord IPC Support.
- .NET Framework 4.0: Works on Windows XP SP3 or later. Offers slightly better performance the 2.0/3.5 versions.
- .NET Framework 4.8: Requires Windows 7 SP1 or later. Offers better performance, and more features like Mapping Tools IPC, and ImGui Support.

Once you have decided which .NET Framework version to try, move the same 3 files above from it's "Compatibility Executables" folder into the main Digital Client folder.

You should now be ready to run the compatibility executable! Remember you MUST move all 3 files for it to work properly!
